Dr. Kimelman is an established and highly skilled physician, possessing several decades of experience in musculoskeletal medicine, treating joint, muscle, and nerve conditions. He is well regarded as a physician who reduces disabling pain, increases function, and reduces burdens of disability.

In addition to treating medical conditions that cause pain or disability, he has navigated patients through complex medical legal issues regarding their short or long term disability policies, worker's compensation, return to work allowances, and employment stability despite their medical impairments.

By his patients, he is known as caring, empathetic, passionate, and fearless. In addition to his physician duties of diagnosing and treating patients, he addresses areas of insurance conflict by bringing medical expertise to reduce such conflicts. He has been certified by the State of California as Qualified Medical Evaluator.
