About Dr. Kimelman

Dr. Kimelman has been in practice since 1983 and is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) for the state of California.

Dr. Kimelman's practice consists primarily of California Workers Compensation cases and US Department of Labor (DOL) patients.

Our patient goal is to achieve maximal restoration of physical, psychological, social and vocational function through comprehensive rehabilitation.
